We had a terrible experience in purchasing our GMC Sierra 2500. Our salesman was very distracted and didn’t give us his full attention. Pricing structure was misrepresented as we were going to pay cash only 2500. Our salesman was very distracted and didn’t give us his full attention. Pricing structure was misrepresented as we were going to pay cash only to find out for the price listed we had to take out a loan. We ultimately agreed to purchase the following day and filled out all of the paperwork online before arriving as requested by the dealership. We were told this would speed up the process to 30 minutes yet it took over 2 1/2 hours. Our salesman sat us down and left us alone for 45 minutes. The straw that broke the camel’s back was when we were finally leaving they handed us one key even though we were always led to believe, by our salesman, there was a second key locked up. We asked for the second one and were told we would have to purchase it. After spending close to $100,000.00 and wasting time waiting on them it was completely insulting to ask us to now purchase a key we should have been given. More
