I'm extremely grateful for the time the Service Manager, Mark Fradd, took out of his day to help address concerns regarding my company fleet vehicle. Poor service, Did not suggest replacement of fuel filter that’s has4% life did oil and that’s it. No wash no vacuum nothing more than oil change. Service writer was fine. But he mentioned that the auto tech who put my new windshield wiper on said there was nothing wrong with it. But after he put the windshield wiper on he didn’t even even check to see if that one worked because the streak was still on my windshield, so how would he know my windshield wiper was fine if he hadn’t tested at first ? Oh, can I say that my car is a 2025 Chevy Trax and the windshield wiper shouldn’t be leaving streaks on my windshield for a car that had less than 1800 miles on it. More
