Failed to top off my fluids and when I inquired about it the service person had all the excuses in the world. All I wanted was him to take accountability. They failed to top off my coolant which caused a slew of problems and instead the service rep suggested I had a leak in the tank, in my brand new undamaged car. Even after no leak was detected he wouldn't own it. I purchased from this location and been getting my car serviced here since. That last interaction really left a bad taste in my mouth. I will be going to pep boys or jiffy lube moving forward. Medicare work is done here, not at all what you pay for. And to boot they will put fault on any and everything but there technicians, sincerely disappointed More
