They have lost our business permanently for price gauging. We were told it would be nearly $10k to fix our transmission. A shop nearby can fix it for half that. Overcharged! I called 3 other dealers and all were $200.00 LESS for same repair. Had to pay as I just towed my truck to Aaron Chevrolet. I complained and the serv I called 3 other dealers and all were $200.00 LESS for same repair. Had to pay as I just towed my truck to Aaron Chevrolet. I complained and the service rep gave me $50.00 off. So, after buying my truck there and service being done there since 2009, I will never go back. I would give ZERO stars if I could. More
