I bought a brand new vehicle from this dealership, and I’m already dealing with serious electrical issues, with no real support from their team after the sale. Mike was friendly when I signed the paperwork, but now that I need help, he’s rude, dismissive, and talks to me like I’m the problem. When I asked him to stop cutting me off during a phone call, he literally said, "Okay, talk! TALK!" as if he had a reason to be frustrated, when I’ve just been patiently waiting weeks for a follow up. To make things worse, the Jeep dealership closer to me discovered that Norco never disabled an aftermarket alarm system before giving me the keys something that should’ve been handled at delivery. Because of that, I’m now being told I have to pay out of pocket for the issue. When I asked Mike for help, he blamed the other dealership and told me to “Google the service number and call them.”When I asked if he can do me the favor of texting me the number, and he was like "Just look it up" No accountability. No solution. Just attitude. If you’re looking for a dealership that supports you after the sale, this isn’t it. More

Do not shop here! !! We accepted written text offer on truck 2 times and dealer backed out then sold the truck after working on our PO because that customer accepted al !! This dealership is practicing in illegal activities!! I have waited for GM to call me to discuss their breach of contract as well as bait and switch that we experienced. After 5 days have not heard from them. I am filing complaint with DMV, Federal Trade Commission, California Department of Consumer Affairs, Attorney General's Office, Better Business Bureau, and anywhere else I think of. Aaron does not value their customers! I have waited 3 months before writing this review to be fair and allow Aaron CDJR an opportunity to make it right. Unfortunately, that has not happened. I bought a new 2024 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon back in October, and this was by far the worst buying experience I have ever had. Aaron CDJR advertises very good discounts. Buyer beware! This is where all the shenanigans start. They added $6,000 for add-ons and $5,500 for an extended warranty, claiming it was the only way to get the discounts and rebate. I was sold an alarm system by "KARR" that was installed prior to my purchase. Within 3 days (288 miles), I was locked out and my Jeep would not start. I made an appointment and took it back to Aaron CDJR for service. I'm sorry to report, the service department is worse than the sales department. When I arrived, no one knew why I was there or what to do. After a couple of days, I was told the KARR alarm system had failed. The alarm system was reinstalled, and I was assured the KARR alarm would no longer be an issue. Unfortunately, that was not what happened. It happened 2 more times. My Jeep was towed to Aaron CDJR where it remained for 20 days. I requested the KARR alarm be removed. Per the service work order, there were multiple errors in the DTC (diagnostic trouble codes) concerning the ignition. Inspection found alarm wiring tied into the BCM (body control module). In my opinion, this has compromised the reliability of my new vehicle. The service manager (Max) called me after the 20 days to let me know that everything had been repaired, and my Jeep was ready for pick up. When I arrived, I was shocked at the condition. First, it was extremely dirty, having sat for nearly a month. The carpet was pulled up where the technicians had been working. There was a huge scratch on the front bumper and damage to an interior panel. I asked Max if this looked ready to return to a customer. He admitted he didn't inspect it before calling me. Max did, however, order a new interior panel (which I have yet to receive). I cancelled the extended warranty due to not knowing the future of this vehicle. In October, I requested a refund for the alarm and the extended warranty. I have also sent a certified refund request. Aaron CDJR has not responded to calls or my letter. The next step will be legal action. If you are in the market for a new car, I highly recommend you avoid Aaron CDJR. More
