Overall, the dealership did what they do. However, the wait time in the service driveway is deplorable. There were work trucks left sitting in the service line with no one taking them away. When I bought my car from them, they included three free oil changes with my purchase, and when I went there this weekend the general manager happily and quickly honored my request for one of my free oil ch oil changes with my purchase, and when I went there this weekend the general manager happily and quickly honored my request for one of my free oil changes and said no problem the other two will be here when you need them. The service advisor. Michelle Vickery, who waited on me, was extremely tentative to my needs. She is the best. I have no problem at all with my oil change I would highly recommend them for any service you need. More

The service advisor wasn’t the friendliest person to deal with. I waited for the vehicle for an oil change and it took about 1 1/2 hours. So not bad but that was without a wash. This time they did not wash i with. I waited for the vehicle for an oil change and it took about 1 1/2 hours. So not bad but that was without a wash. This time they did not wash it along with not checking my tire pressures cause I had to put some air in after the service. They also missed resetting the oil change reminder. Ever since they changed from browning dodge it has been going down hill on the service side. I have been bringing my 2 vehicles there for years and I believe it’s time to scout out a closer dealership since there’s 2 closer ones but always have gone there. More
