Never have the parts to fix my car. Parts department needs help. When they run out of something order it again. Only 3 sensors for 4 tires. They took very long for a oil change, even though I made an appointment and they didn’t wash my car, even though it’s apart of the service. When the car was ready to pick up, i noticed they didn’t wash my c an appointment and they didn’t wash my car, even though it’s apart of the service. When the car was ready to pick up, i noticed they didn’t wash my car so I asked about the car wash. They said that they will wash my car for me if I waited 15 mins But I didn’t have time. I expected my car to be washed and ready when they called to tell me it was ready for pick up. Ultimately just disappointed. More
