No sales games or manipulations. Rene just listened and found me exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. Actually, he got me more than I needed for the price I wanted. Staff is very friendly but aren’t on the same page. They day before I arrived to my set appointment I was contacted at least 5 different times to confirm my appointment. The day of my appointment the car I was interested in they couldn’t locate it. After an hour of waiting they brought me a car to test drive after I agreed to go in and talk about pricing they informed me that car was already sold. Eventually after hour of waiting for another Jeep we decided on a car and left. There was a mistake on the dealership’s side where the payment of the traded I took in wasn’t received/ delayed. After multiple call to the dealership I couldn’t get through to anyone. Yet when it came to retrieving the rebate none stop text from the dealership. Finally requested a call back from a manager Victor who texted me back (yes I'll be calling you here shortly) to this date never received a call. Unprofessional overall. More
Jose was great, but the extortion of the digital license plate, the interior protection package, and the GPS tracking were ridiculous. All these items are available at 1/4 the cost, but they mandated you pu plate, the interior protection package, and the GPS tracking were ridiculous. All these items are available at 1/4 the cost, but they mandated you purchase all three adding thousands to the contract. While we love the vehicle and the people were professional, I can't recommend the dealership to others. I will recommend this dealership for their service department, they are the best that I have dealt with as a customer. More
