The WORST service department I have ever been to. Service advisor had an attitude with me, told me she needed authorization which could takeup to a week, when no authorization was needed. I then contacted another dealer they said they would take care of me right away. Then I even got an attitude from the cashier. I then completed a survey. But no follow up to try to fix the problem. I sold my car on 3/9/2023. But I got a check 4/11/2023. They took more than 1 month. I am so disappointed on their attitude (specifically named Em., Pr. who is buyer and buyer manager.) They told me 5-10 days to get a check. But they kept postponed it 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and 4 weeks. While they keep delaying the check return. They are NEVER sorry to me at all. Very RUDE, NO ownership for their job. And they pushed me to contact BMW to check the status their payoff check. (that is their job. I didn't send their check to BMW. They sent it. But they asked to contact BMW to me???) My total experience: DO NOT SELL A CAR to this place. you can get the check ONE MONTH later based on my experience. ONE MORE: their Purchasing manager who named Pr. is very RUDE. Thanks. More
