My RAM went in for HVAC based on TSB 24-001-20. However, the technician said the TSB does not apply to my RAM. The technician did top off my freon. The real test will be in the summer. Even with an appointment at 8:15 AM, I still waited an additional 20 minutes to just turn in the vehicle. The assigned service technician was not even at work and when she did show up, instead of helping additional 20 minutes to just turn in the vehicle. Tried to return a lease, told cannot do it here, even though leased from here. No help and horrible service. Was told the person that did that was not in and only worked Monday-Thursday.
