I went in with a simple question about trading in my vehicle. I knew what I wanted in my next car but did not a specific car in mind. Probably the worst car dealership I’ve ever dealt with. If I could give a "0" rating, I would. Nothing but lies and dishonest promises. After negotiating a price for the Jeep Grand Cherokee L, I was forced to purchase an additional redundant alarm package last minute, at signing, "in order to keep their prices low and so they can make a little profit". I was also promised a paint & interior protection package which now is non-existent. Perfect example of the "bait & switch scam" of which unfortunately I am a victim of. I live out of state and have had nothing but problems trying to get the car registered in my state because no one at the dealership has the right answers to get my issue resolved. I have tried several times to contact the salesmen, Miguel Martinez & Mo Assad and have been ignored since the sale. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Read the other reviews and you will see.
