The sales manager was friendly and I felt was sincere. Joe Gering stayed in touch with use after the sale and followed through with minor adjustments until we were satisfied. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Nissan. The entire experience from first contact until taking delivery on the vehicle was effortless. More

Bill walked out from behind his desk, and personally point out the different cars that I had questions about - oh, and called me by my name in doing so; as stated, very friendly. Tammy made sure that I understood everything, and that everthing was in order the way I needed it(transition from my old car to the new one). My husband and I had a great experience purchasing our new Sentra. Bill and the staff at Abeloff were very friendly and helpful. We weren't sure if we wanted to purchase the Sentra or another Scion, bu new Sentra. Bill and the staff at Abeloff were very friendly and helpful. We weren't sure if we wanted to purchase the Sentra or another Scion, but Bill and his manager was very patient and helped us make the decision easier. We also got a generous offer for our trade in. Our car had over 200,000 miles and they gave us a very fair price for the car. We were surprised. They were also very accomodating with our schedule to pickup our new car. When I picked up the car Bill spent more than an hour with me reviewing the owners manual and demonstrating how everything worked in the car. My husband was not there to pickup the car with me, but Bill said that we could come back anytime and he would go over everything again with my husband. Bill is very experienced and professional salesman and appreciates your business. He takes good care of his customers. I would recommend this dealership and especially Bill. More

From moments after I got out of my car until I decided to buy, Jeremy was more than helpful. He made me feel welcome, and I didn't feel an ounce of pressure during my entire time there. I have never had a car so thoroughly explained to me before, and seriously, knowing everything about an Altima will make you want one. Jeremy went over everything, even things I would never have thought to ask about the safety, reliability, operation, and even technical explanations of the Altima I was considering. Once inside, Jeremy and Scott did an outstanding job of explaining various financing options to me, and made me very comfortable with my decision. I felt very welcome and at home, even though they were very busy that day. Jeremy, you can count on more business from me in the future, and Scott, if you train all your employees like him, I have no doubt that you will be that busy every day. Thanks! More
Dean Green was totally unsatifactory as a service manager for the following reasons: a. He never listened to my concerns, almost giving me the impression that he wanted me to go away. b. He would talk to me in a condescending way as if I had no knowledge of what was occurring with my car. The whole experience made me feel horrible and disrespected. c. He did not follow up with promises to contact me regarding my concerns, which resulted in me chasing him down constantly. d. He had a tone that was disrespectful and extremely phony. He would say quite frequently, "Tell me the symptoms, NOT the cure!" He was NOT genuine at all and I found it very disconcerting that I would be treated in such a manner after having made a new car purchase. I reported him to the general manager, as well as the owner. I purchased my vehicle during the cash for clunkers promotion and waited 4 weeks to obtain possession of my vehicle when others I knew got their new vehicles right away using the same promotion. They would not budge from sticker price so I know that I overpaid and looking back I could have gone anywhere and bought a vehicle without the trade in for the same price. This was the first new car I bought and this was definitely a lesson learned. I purchased a service contract for the vehicle and regret doing this as the service manager at this location is the phoniest person I have ever met. I find it hard to believe anything he says as he is the least genuine person I have ever dealt with and whenever I speak with him I am made to feel like an idiot. In my last dealing with the service department we called first to ask about the tire warranty and was told that we should come in and have them look at it and they would then file a claim with the tire company. I go there and they look at them agree they are worn after only 18,000 miles but tell me there is nothing they can do and that I would need to go to the tire company. I asked why they made me come in and all I got was a shoulder shrug. I asked what the warranty was on the tire and he didn't know the answer to that either. It seems to me if you sell me a car with tires on it you should know what the warranty is. All in all I am very unhappy with this dealership and I am wishing that I had gone to my local Ford dealer to purchase a new car. More
