THE WORST! I was to be a co-signer for my nephew and the sales person, Justin Bell completely messed the whole transaction up without caring at all!! I live out of town and he made ME the owner and my nephew the co-signer. The title and everything was put in MY name and the dealership KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING but did not care to correct it! I ended up paying the entire car off immediately so my nephew can get the title and license taken care of and repay me. They screwed both of us on this deal and were 100% uncooperative to resolve any of it. I would never go to this small town, small minded dealership ever again and suggest no on else does either! More

After a long conversation on a used vehicle we bought a 1st vehicle for my son. After 2 weeks the break line goes out on the vehicle while he was driving needless to say READ THE SMALL PRINT, because their 1st vehicle for my son. After 2 weeks the break line goes out on the vehicle while he was driving needless to say READ THE SMALL PRINT, because their contracts are pre -highlighted and they will tell you that they read the contract to you. That did not happen and i signed because who doesnt get through the paperwork as fast as they can. I was sold a complete lemon I guess my $4000 was more important than the safety of a human life or to make it right in anyway. I hope Toby knows what kind of business he owns and how careless it is to have his sales reps just say a vehicle is safe to just sell the vehicle. I've purchased 4 vehicles from them and will never go back. I will make it my personal mission to say how unreliable and unsafe there used vehicles are so no one has to go through this. I guess it doesn't matter having customer that keep coming back. It's all about the dollar. More

Terrible place to buy a car. My daughter was pregnant and needed a decent vehicle so she trusted their so called good reputation. A mechanic inspected the vehicle it had been leaking oil for a while and had many issues which they were aware of and they assured as it was a good vehicle. Do not trust them!! More

Absolutely do not shop from these guys. I had spoken to a member of their sales team for a truck. Sent him all my information, got the numbers for the truck, he said everything was good to go and I could com member of their sales team for a truck. Sent him all my information, got the numbers for the truck, he said everything was good to go and I could come get it. I lived 10+ hrs away and he knew this. I drove there only to find out that not only was my paperwork not done or approved at all but he didn't even submit it. So after driving there spending the ENTIRE day there only to find out that the financing wasn't approved with them. After months and months of back and forth being harassed by their employees for paperwork that wasn't in my possession. Then they said they would do things to make it right and they didn't even follow through with that. It was the absolute worst shopping experience of my life. I'll never recommend them to anyone! More
