Hook, line, and sinker. I drove just over 200 miles to look at a pickup that looked "brand new", and that was decently priced for the miles it had on it. When I got there, I I drove just over 200 miles to look at a pickup that looked "brand new", and that was decently priced for the miles it had on it. When I got there, I looked it over. It had several little nicks and scratches all over it. But yet it supposedly looked "brand new". It had a new windshield installed, which was nice. But for just having the pickup buffed, it looked like it was hand buffed with scotch brite pads. It also had front end work done to it with a supposed alignment. On the test drive I could visually see that the steering wheel was crooked. I ended up purchasing the vehicle. Once back at my home town, I took it in to have it realigned. The technician said it wasn't even close to being aligned before. Overall ok experience. Just don't try to pull the wool over my eyes. More

Help on a Saturday afternoon Our FedEx truck broke down on a Saturday afternoon at 4.00 pm. We were 90 miles from home. I called Doug Riley and 10 minutes later he pickup us up an Our FedEx truck broke down on a Saturday afternoon at 4.00 pm. We were 90 miles from home. The worst buying experience you could ask for Don't know where to start the selling team are very unprofessional. While one sales man was on the phone with customer another employee was tickling h Don't know where to start the selling team are very unprofessional. While one sales man was on the phone with customer another employee was tickling him while he was on the phone. The people that do the paper work are extremely rude and don't get the information they need took two times and still didn't get it right. Then took a month and a half to get title because they don't know how to get adresses or phone numbers. Once all of that was finally taken care of three months after I bought the vehicle they sent me more paper work because they didn't get all the signatures. Plus they own the Abra in town as well, if you want your car damage area painted the wrong color and paint all over the inside of your vehicle get your car painted here. I would give them negative numbers if possible. Do yourself a favor make this place the last place to stop for a vehicle there are far better places out there. The don't do Dodge any justice. More
