Outstanding Sale!!! We were searching for a used Honda Accord in the Rapid City Area which is where we live. We couldn't find anything worth while in this area. I then went to the SD AutoMall website and found a beautiful Honda Accord in Aberdeen at the Aberdeen Chrysler Center. Now, being as skeptical as I am with buying without seeing you can understand my hesitation.... Well, Taylor Oster contacted me about the car and we talked. He answered every question. He even followed it up with photos and maintenance records from the previous owner. I was still skeptical... He reassured me that when they drove the car to Rapid City for delivery to me that if it was not everything he said, I didn't have to take it and I could have my earnest money back. When the car got here it was ABSOLUTELY everything he said. The car belongs to my daughter who is in college. She drives the car home most weekends 200 miles round trip. It runs absolutely great and has NO problems. All I can say is that when it comes to purchasing a used car again... which I will be doing, I will be calling Taylor. He's probably the most honest, helpful and friendly salesman I've dealt with in years. He went above and beyond the three day grace period.My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with him.
