Absolutely do not shop from these guys. I had spoken to a member of their sales team for a truck. Sent him all my information, got the numbers for the truck, he said everything was good to go and I could com member of their sales team for a truck. I drove there only to find out that not only was my paperwork not done or approved at all but he didn't even submit it. So after driving there spending the ENTIRE day there only to find out that the financing wasn't approved with them. After months and months of back and forth being harassed by their employees for paperwork that wasn't in my possession. Then they said they would do things to make it right and they didn't even follow through with that. It was the absolute worst shopping experience of my life. I'll never recommend them to anyone! We gave him our "specs" on what we wanted and he looked until he found us a 2018 Impala in Scottsbluff, NE. He was very cordial and under no circumstances did he pressure us to purchase it especially after having to cancel 3 times getting up there from Watertown to check it out (2 blizzards and 1 funeral!) and it is Chevy--not a Chrysler. The car was absolutely spotless and runs like a charm. So far love it and have received several compliments on it from neighbors and friends.
