Awesome place to buy a vehicle! I went in to check out a brand new Jeep as I was interested in upgrading. Allen jumped in and helped me choose which Jeep would be the best fit for me I went in to check out a brand new Jeep as I was interested in upgrading. Allen jumped in and helped me choose which Jeep would be the best fit for me. He showed me all of the “bells and whistles” that the car had and answered any questions that I had. I went in about a week later to test drive it for myself, and the car was my own two days later. I’m in love with my new Jeep and will definitely buy from Aberdeen Chrysler again! More

DON"T BUY Friendly staff. Be careful what you buy. I bought a used Explorer from them and I wasn't expecting it to be perfect but comes to find out, the transmi Friendly staff. Be careful what you buy. I bought a used Explorer from them and I wasn't expecting it to be perfect but comes to find out, the transmission needs to be replaced. I didn't find this out till about 2 weeks after buying the vehicle. The "check engine" light came on 2 days after I bought it and I finally had time to get it checked out and sure enough the transmission needs to be replaced. So, this was an existing problem and they just cleared the code before sticking it on the lot. It's extremely frustrating and stressful> Like I said, the staff is friendly, but there's a reason for that, they are just trying to get the pieces of crap off of their lot.I WILL never buy from them again and I will tell everyone I know not to buy from them. THEY LOST MY BUSINESS. More

Above and Beyond I live 60 miles north of the dealership. I didn't have a way to get my vehicle home and the salesman Juan G. came and picked me up the following morn I live 60 miles north of the dealership. I didn't have a way to get my vehicle home and the salesman Juan G. came and picked me up the following morning and drove me back to the dealership to pickup my vehicle. It was 20 below on the thermometer that morning and he went above and beyond by warming up my vehicle for me when we arrived at the dealership as I sat in where it was warm and enjoyed coffee and treats.
