Jordan was in regular contact through the process. However, the tech working the vehicle only checked items that needed service and cleared alerts but failed to resolve the battery light on the dash. More

We're glad to hear that Jordan kept in regular contact, but we’re disappointed to learn that the issue with the battery light wasn’t resolved and that the diagnosis was not accurate. It’s concerning that the alternator issue was overlooked, especially after it was clearly stated that the alternator had been worked on earlier this year. We’ll review this with our team to ensure better communication and thoroughness moving forward.
