I was so happy till I didn't make purchases as sales person was so good with me,but after I baught the car he stop coming on call as everyone was saying he is not in office, I had some questions. Had truck towed to dealership Aug 29 spoke with dealership to advise it wasn’t charging. Was told it would be looked at the next day. I called to check on vehicle Sept 4 after holiday. Apparently, dealership to advise it wasn’t charging. Was told it would be looked at the next day. I called to check on vehicle Sept 4 after holiday. Apparently, the truck had not been checked in. Waited a week and was told it was ready since parking brake fault was reset. Dealership failed to hear what complaint was. Picked up vehicle and drive 7 miles to discover battery was still not charging and had to take it back. I use the truck as a service truck and no one let me know my warranty covered a rental. Was told battery would be in on a certain date. As I had to call dealership frequently for status reports I found out the part arrived sooner than expected and would be installed in a couple of days. The time had elapsed and when I called in, I was told vehicle was repaired yesterday. In addition to this, my guess is the dealership is grossly understaffed, incompetent or both! Representatives had me on hold excessively while checking status or said they would call me back right away and never did. End result, the vehicle still does not seem to me to be charging correctly and this day it is at Buttons being checked for the same issue. More

Tito Gomez did a great job on the sales end of the transaction. He showed me two different cars to look at, and was open to discussion on price. The Finance mgr was a great young man, obtained a transaction. He showed me two different cars to look at, and was open to discussion on price. The Finance mgr was a great young man, obtained a good interest rate for me, and covered documents well. However, he set up my loan at 72 months, and I wanted a shorter time period. I will end up paying for interest than I wanted to. More
