I’ll give them another chance to gain my business but my initial impression is not great. Had an appointment at 9:45 to inspect my 2022 Wagoneer for a recall event. I arrived at 9:40 and checked in with the initial impression is not great. Had an appointment at 9:45 to inspect my 2022 Wagoneer for a recall event. I arrived at 9:40 and checked in with the service advisor through the text message from Academy. My vehicle wasn’t looked at until 10:45 and was back out of the bay at 11:00. Was finally told my vehicle passed inspection around 11:15. I just feel like that was a long time to wait when I had an appointment at 9:45 and the inspection process was a 15-minute job. Why make an appointment? I do have to say the few seconds Jordan spoke to me were pleasant but better communication could have made my experience completely different. More
