I brought my jeep in to be fixed do to service def light on. Dealership diagnosed erg temp sensor charged $800 to replace it. Less than a week later same message came on. Took jeep back and all of a sudden on. Dealership diagnosed erg temp sensor charged $800 to replace it. Less than a week later same message came on. Took jeep back and all of a sudden the def pump was not working and needed replaced. Dealership misdiagnosed original issue of erg temp sensor and would not refund any portion of the misdiagnosed service. More

They couldn't figure out where the squeak was coming from. Instead of starting with parts under warranty, they started with brakes even though it only has 50,000 miles on it and the computer said they w from. Instead of starting with parts under warranty, they started with brakes even though it only has 50,000 miles on it and the computer said they were good. Cost me $750 and jeep still squeaks. Then they wanted to replace the back brakes. Not sure why they didn't start with bearings or other items under the extended warranty instead of costing me money on repairs that were not needed. More
