Brought truck in for a recall. They didn’t change any of my info from the original owner of the truck even though I tried to tell them over the phone when I made the appointment. Waiting area didn’t have any stir sticks for coffee and employees were not helpful. Fairly typical of the other dealerships locally ran by the same owner. They are all a joke with terrible customer service! More
