They performed a tire rotation that I didn't ask for and charged me to do it. I can go to any tire shop and they'll do it for free. I was told by my salesman when ordering the car that if I bought a tonne charged me to do it. I can go to any tire shop and they'll do it for free. I was told by my salesman when ordering the car that if I bought a tonneau cover they'd install it for me for free since they were unable to provide one with delivery. They charged me over $250 to do this service. Main reason I took truck in was because of a problem with my radio. At time of pickup it still wasn't fixed and they weren't about to put in a new radio even though the truck is still under warranty. I'll never go back. they're location isn't the greatest anyway unless you work at Chrysler in Tipton. More

The last time I went in for service instead of them offering coupons for services provided I have to drag it out of them and ask them for one. I think they should automatically say hey we have a great offering coupons for services provided I have to drag it out of them and ask them for one.
