Service department is great. I have lifetime oil changes through Lithia. Though my vehicle is a Jeep, the Ford service department is much better so I use them instead of the Jeep service department. I took my Ford Explorer in for recall work on luggage rack covers and the took longer then they normally would due to the artic front that affected the whole state. I have my F250 (which I bought from them) service every 5,000 miles and it never takes more than 1-1.5 hours and the waiting room has all the amenities you would expect.
