I bought a Value Auto from Access Ford that would not have met their alleged 48 Point Quality Inspection, which led to my spending time and money I should have not have had to do. I was told by Scott Young that this dealership would only fix the oil change cover bolts that they allegedly damaged, when they pre-sale serviced this vehicle.

I was looking for a regular cab pickup for my son. I found one on line at Ancira Ford. I contacted the dealership; the vehicle was there for viewing. I told them what time we would be there and Jon Mack and Clay was waiting. They showed us the truck and gave us a fair price. The entire process to less than on hour. Wait on the funds to be transferred took longer than the sale. The team told me several times to take the truck and not to worry. The dealership was excellent. The entire sales process was excellent and I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great deal and a wonderful sales experience. YOU WANT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I made an appointment twice to test drive a 2022 Nissan Frontier and after driving an hour, I was told the vehicle had been sold two days before my appointment. This dealership is either dishonest or so terribly managed that it is amazing that they are still in business. It makes no sense that I did not receive a text, phone call or email to apprise me of the situation. If you are looking for a qualified dealership to spend your hard earned money, go somewhere else.
