We walked thru the service door and immediately Shaun asked how we were and how could he help us. We told him our concern and he was familiar with it. He also notified us about a recall on our Edge! Afte asked how we were and how could he help us. We told him our concern and he was familiar with it. He also notified us about a recall on our Edge! After receiving our estimate for a new battery, he told us that it was almost time for an oil change and did we want to do that as well. There was absolutely no pressure to have it done, just a suggestion. We have the ok for that as well. We were notified when the repairs were done and checking out was as easy as checking in. We always use Access Ford because of the professionalism we are given, as well as genuine concern. More
