AWESOME SERVICE CENTER After calling Mac Haik in Victoria, who I have dealt with many years, only to make an appointment for the 21st just to be told that would just get my After calling Mac Haik in Victoria, who I have dealt with many years, only to make an appointment for the 21st just to be told that would just get my truck in a waiting line. Unacceptable! After calling commercial motors in aransas pass, since roger at joe’s Exxon in sinton told me it was closer for me was a HORRIBLE experience. Very unprofessional, laughing, and answering other people’s questions in office, but I was told she was listening to me. To continue on why I was calling only to be transferred to Mitch a service advisor. Earliest day to get my truck in was the 31st. He was also very unprofessional. I called roger back who talked with Tim Carson. I quickly took my truck in on the 16th, was diagnosed on the 17th, repairs started on the 18th, and finished up on the 21st. My 2,317.21 bill was WORTH every bit of professional experience I received through access. I will continue to return and my future vehicle will be purchased at Access. Y’all are AWESOME!!!!
