I have always had great service at Access Ford. I bought a Lincoln Navigator in 2006, in SA. Juan, in your service dept. always takes care of my car and made sure I had a ride home. He always called right away to let me know what was wrong, how long it would take to fix, and how much it would cost. We bought a 2010 Ford Escape at Access. Recently, we bought a 2015 Ford Taurus at Access. We will never purchase our cars any where else. Our salesman was great. BUT, the real reason we will always go to Access for purchases and repairs is because of your service dept. and JUAN. More

Unlike local dealerships who want to put you in a vehicle not of your liking simply because they don't have it on their lot. I am so excited to be driving this dream truck. I didn't even get this level of service from a local dealership which I had bought 3 vehicles in the last ten years. The Access Staff put "you" before "them or business". My hat goes off to this staff. The purchase experience was the finest I have ever experienced. If you have never been here, you should consider them before buying. I don't plan on ever going anywhere else to have my Ford Fusion serviced. Even considering a "temporary" remodeling situation that seems somewhat worrisome at first sight, I must admit that you quickly forget about it once you're made to feel special--like you're just another member of an extended family. My shuttle ride to work even presented me with a great friendly conversation with my driver. All in all, it was well worth my time and my money. More
