Staff are very nice. Service took longer than expected. Main problem using waiting area is the loud TV that nobody was watching, including me, and no way to turn the m Service took longer than expected. At one point, I looked for someone who might know where the remote control was, but nobody was nearby. For someone from out of town, who needs to spend the entire 3 hours on site, more comfortable seating would have helped. Lazy boy makes a nice recliner that is perfect for a 3 hour nap. After 3 hours in your customer padded seats, I felt like I had survived a 10 second bull ride at the Houston livestock and rodeo. More
