I brought in my truck for service, it had no check lights on, no check engine or anything else. When I got it back, my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. They were supposed to contact me the next mo on, no check engine or anything else. When I got it back, my dashboard was lit up like a Christmas tree. They were supposed to contact me the next morning and send a tow truck to take it back to the dealership. I was told "well we don't know if it was us they made those check engine lights come on" even though on the ticket they gave me (after charging me) it stated I did not have a check engine light on when it was brought it, all modules checked fine. I did not hear anything the next day, and still waiting for the call and tow truck. Absolutely disgusted I was charged and never heard a word again. I called multiple times to check on the status of my vehicle, left messages, and was told several times, "we will call you right back". Eventually I ended up just driving to the dealership and looking for myself. The only time I was called was to be told how much I owed. I do not plan on going back to this dealership, buying another Ford from them, and will be sure to inform anyone I know looking for a vehicle, to avoid this place at all cost. More
