Recall door lock problem Access Lincoln was professional with the way my problem was handled, however, this was the second time that a fit and finish problem took longer than Access Lincoln was professional with the way my problem was handled, however, this was the second time that a fit and finish problem took longer than I anticipated to resolve. Specifically, #1 the trunk lock when I bought was inoperative. It took 3 or more weeks to resolve because the wrong part was sent from the supplier. #2 My recent experience with a recall door lock issue had the same problem. The wrong part was sent from the supplier, therefore, it took more time for my vehicle to be returned. This more than an annoying and is an issue with me. More
