At 4:45 I was notified that the vehicle was ready. The service rep also went through the entire checklist to make sure I knew things were all well. So what's to complain? In without appointment. Out in 75 minutes. Everything topped off and inspected. More

Horrible 7 total days to fix a check engine light! Did not even look at it first two day. Two different trips in. Said they were snowed under. Left truck with 7 total days to fix a check engine light! Did not even look at it first two day. Two different trips in. Said they were snowed under. Left truck with yh the third day and all they did was run diagnostics. No repair. Finally on Monday they said bring it back and they would make repair. Brought it back first thing at 7am. 4 pm that evening I went to get truck but still not repaired. Waiting on part. Went back at noon Tuesday still not repaired, they never called with an update tell Wednesday when I was already out of town. Another issue was there car service to take me home, porter was late to work so I had to wait an hour for someone to free up to get me home. Also, Roy was nice but other service agents were rude, not only to me but other costumers. Truthfully if it is bent an oil change I will not take my truck or edge back to that dealership much less buy a new one from them. More

Slow to finish I was told ready next day 3 times. Took in on Monday got Thursday afternoon. Each time a different reason.
