Poor customer service Typical dealership experience... They bend over backwards to sell you a vehicle and then treat you crap when it comes time to service a problem!! Serv Typical dealership experience... They bend over backwards to sell you a vehicle and then treat you crap when it comes time to service a problem!! Service technician was flat out rude and service manager was way less then friendly. Kept our vehicles le for an entire week for a one-day fix. Kept telling us that the vehicle was not on "recall" inspite of the Ford Motor company official letter that said "recall". Couldn't provide a loaner and refused to pay for rental. More
