So I did not get my vehicle back until after I was supposed to pick up my grandson at school which I told them he was supposed to be picked up at 215. And then I could not get him which means I had to get somebody else to do it.And by the time I got my vehicle was very late so I was not happy about that.That's why I graded the way I did.Thank you More

I did not agree with or think the mechanic was up to par. I have been a diesel mechanic that is why I did not agree with his diagnosis. The pickup was there four times for the same problem and the first time I have been a diesel mechanic that is why I did not agree with his diagnosis.
