I thought my turbocharger had blown up. Juan advised me that it was more likely a high pressure discharge from a blockage. He was exactly correct. My diesel particulate filter had become clogged up causing the backpressure to build up and blew a fitting in my cokd air intake. The parts department got the parts, the service tech installed them; then test drove the truck. ALL IN ONE DAY!!! The truck now drives great again and I can't thank Access Ford, Juan, and all involved enough!!! Just a great job!!!! More

Signed a contract stating this dealership would fix oil leaks if I bought truck. I have made 3 payments on this truck and it’s been in my possession for a total of 3 weeks. It still has the same xxxx leak leaks if I bought truck. I have made 3 payments on this truck and it’s been in my possession for a total of 3 weeks. It still has the same xxxx leaks and I’ve had to pay a deductible for a rear end that would likely have not gone out if it had not run out of oil if you had fixed the xxxx leak like our contract stated. The rebuilt rearend is still leaking and the other leak is still there as well. This is the worst experience I’ve EVER had with any dealership in my entire life. More
