Staff are very nice. Service took longer than expected. Main problem using waiting area is the loud TV that nobody was watching, including me, and no way to turn the m Service took longer than expected. Main problem using waiting area is the loud TV that nobody was watching, including me, and no way to turn the mind numbing noise coming out if it down or off. At one point, I looked for someone who might know where the remote control was, but nobody was nearby. For someone from out of town, who needs to spend the entire 3 hours on site, more comfortable seating would have helped. Lazy boy makes a nice recliner that is perfect for a 3 hour nap. After 3 hours in your customer padded seats, I felt like I had survived a 10 second bull ride at the Houston livestock and rodeo. More

The Sales team is top notch. The service department is horrible. It takes all day for an oil change and the staff is rude when you have questions. Very poor management.
