Our car was in the shop for over 100 days. The service department worked hand-in-hand with the Lincoln engineers to try and find all the gremlins in our Aviator. Service manager Liz tried her best to get things repaired. Our car still has a few issues that we to get addressed. The items were not present before the repairs but began after we picked up our vehicle. I will contact the service department to schedule the repairs soon. More
Service advisor Juan was very helpful. Took several days for my truck to be repaired. Basically entire front end steering and handling components including shocks and hubs. Picked up truck from Access after 7 days + and all seemed well. Took back in truck after 2 weeks to re-torque front end after noticing some shimmy in steering wheel. All in all I’m satisfied with the service. There is always room to improve. JMS More

Johnathan was my advisor. He was not only RUDE but the whole experience was awful. He forgot about my vehicle which i had an appt for an oil change and three hours go by and He was not only RUDE but the whole experience was awful. He forgot about my vehicle which i had an appt for an oil change and three hours go by and i ask him whats going on, he forgot about me! My car was parked in parking lot and i was there for 4 hours!! He refused to even give me a discount for me waiting that whole time. I dont think i will return to this place ever again unless there is a refund or discount given to me. That is absolutely unacceptable. He had a frown on his face from the moment i walked in the door and his rudeness was inexcusable! Noone wanted to address the situation either. The lady in parts apologized on his behalf but lets be honest, an apology from someone else doesn't help waiting four hours and payig 91$ for an oil change when i had an appointment!! She was very kind and sympathetic which i appreciate tho. I just wish they would have rectified the situation. Its absolutely unacceptable. More
I was not impressed with the service department. After 2 hours of waiting for the oil change to be finished, I went to the service desk. I was told that they were putting the oil filter on right then. I looked outside and saw my car in the parking lot. When I questioned the attendant, he apologized and said he mixed up my vehicle with another???? So how long had it been finished??? He hands me this long list of items that should be done soon. When I arrived home, I looked at this list. So many items had recently been done at a different dealership-no worries-I know the maintenance isn’t sent to all dealerships. In checking the list, I saw that the car needed new front wipers, why didn’t they ask if I wanted them changed? Also on this list was an exclamation point by brake fluid???? Why didn’t they come tell me about the brake fluid???? I went and checked the brake fluid and it isn’t low but does it need to be changed? Does brake fluid get changed???? Is this any way to treat a customer???? More
