Was charged for extra parts that were not necessary for repair and not on quote. Charged $30 for a “complimentary wash”. Insulted me because car had 200,000 miles. Service manager agreed to refund on unnecessary parts…been 3 weeks and no check yet. What happened to honest customer service?!?! More

My service manager was Juan. He was very helpful. I was able to make an appointment right away. They fixed my a/c issue and did it right. Thank you Access. He was very helpful. I was able to make an appointment right away. They fixed my a/c issue and did it right. Thank you Access. More
Ask them to do recall on my vehicle and to check the pre collision assist not available message that keeps popping up on dashboard. They said nothing popped up when they took for test drive. As soon as I collision assist not available message that keeps popping up on dashboard. They said nothing popped up when they took for test drive. As soon as I left I didn’t even Tracey 2 miles the message popped up. And as I explained to them when I left my vehicles that the message comes appears everytime I take off. I’m very disappointed I was unable to return back to the dealership because I had to be at work in 30 minutes. Because it’s the only vehicle I have I am unable to just go drop it off whenever! More
Sadly I have to write this review to try and prevent someone from going postal at Access Ford. I’ve returned to Access for way to long hoping that their service department might change and become accept someone from going postal at Access Ford. I’ve returned to Access for way to long hoping that their service department might change and become acceptable. Once again they dropped the ball. Service advisor called and said your vehicle is ready to pickup while we wait on parts. I arrive at 7.05 Monday morning and find out my key is locked in the mechanics toolbox and he won’t be in until 8:30 or 9am. Why would my key be locked in a personal toolbox is the immediate concern. I did manage to have them take me home to get my spare key. Fast forward two weeks and I haven’t heard anything about my parts. I checked on their status to find out my vehicle had been passed on to another advisor named Liz (who was helpful). She informed me the paperwork was never processed and they had no record of what needed to be ordered. She asked if I would bring it back in so they could reevaluate it. (This was warranty work under my ESP). I went back by and picked up my long lost key. I will be taking it to Bowden in Alice. They’re way out of the way and inconvenient but they have proven to be competent and reliable. Ford pays the bills with a dealers warranty work, it’s one of their major sources of income. I truly hope I never return to their service department even though it is very convenient and local. Anyone reading this should know their service department will let you down. Juan is old and simply goes through the motions waiting for retirement. The others come and go as frequently as their service manager (at least 3 in past 4 years). Save yourself the heart ache and find another dealer. Almost forgot, they worked on my wife’s F150 for the cam Phaser recall. Access returns her vehicle with an oil leak. She had to take it to a different mechanic to have it fixed correctly costing us an additional $400. It’s a long list folks…. More
