Ackerman has been my auto sales/service dealer of choice since I moved back to St. Louis in 1987. At the time, I had a Camry, which I traded for a Celica after a few years. In 2004, I bought a 2005 Prius, since I moved back to St. Louis in 1987. At the time, I had a Camry, which I traded for a Celica after a few years. In 2004, I bought a 2005 Prius, and have been driving it ever since. We are retired now, and drive very little, mostly in the city. We have had very little trouble with our Toyotas, and Ackerman always provides good, prompt and fair service. Their new facility on Hampton is spacious and comfortable. Their service people are a delight. More

good service. One thing that did not go smoothly was that I made an appointment on line, and a message came up that it was not a verified appointment until I heard from Ackerman to confirm.
