ACKERMAN TOYOTA SELLS BAD EXPERIENCES! In late August 2019, I wanted to buy a used minivan from Ackerman Toyota. The manager came over to talk with me during the negotiation process to pr In late August 2019, I wanted to buy a used minivan from Ackerman Toyota. The manager came over to talk with me during the negotiation process to promise me a good experience. He said they go over every used vehicle thoroughly and only keep the ones that are in great condition. He assured me that if I bought the Chrysler Town & Country from them, it would have passed their inspection and would be a good, reliable minivan. The day after I brought it home, I noticed two of the three keys that came with it didn't work. They refused to help me with them. Three days after I brought it home, we took a short road trip and the rear A/C wouldn't work. Again they refused to help me out and do the right thing and fix it. DO NOT CHOOSE ACKERMAN TOYOTA, ST LOUIS. THEY SELL BAD EXPERIENCES! More
