Amazing help from amazing people! I was referred by a friend to check out Ackerman Toyota when my wife needed a new car. When I arrived, I was greeted very warmly by Tyler, one of the sales associates, and was treated with respect the entire time. Even the employees who were not involved in the sale of my wife's car were very friendly! Tyler helped my wife and I find the perfect car for my wife's needs, and Dave made the financial side of the transaction as stress free as I could have hoped. My wife and I have been to other dealerships in the past and felt that we were a step above pleading our case to be allowed to buy a car, but not with Dave. At no point did we feel anything but respect and the willingness to go the extra mile from Dave, and he made good on his word too! After the paperwork was all taken care of, Tyler took the time to help my wife know everything she needed to know about her new care while treating her with the respect you don't always see at a car dealership. The bottom line is this: my wife and I never thought we would be Toyota drivers, but after the timely referral, Tyler's great sales service, and Dave's amazing help in the office, we couldn't be happier and we know the first place we are going when we need to replace my car ... and that place is Ackerman Toyota! Tacoma Purchase Bought a Tacoma from this dealer. I travelled from KC to buy it because I couldn't find the Tacoma I wanted in KC. I called Ackerman Toyota, got Tyler Bought a Tacoma from this dealer. I travelled from KC to buy it because I couldn't find the Tacoma I wanted in KC. I called Ackerman Toyota, got Tyler on the phone and in 3 minutes we worked out a deal which was better than other offers I received in KC. St Louis is part of my territory so I drove over in a rental car. Upon arrival the Tacoma was detailed and parked inside their garage. Tyler was very helpful, he knew the Tacoma really well, much better than other dealerships. We did the paperwork in 3 minutes because they already had it drafted. The owner was nice too. I won't elaborate on the deal they gave me but it was significantly below what I found in KC and they were over $1,000 below a dealer in Nebraska offered me. Do your shopping, get educated, make up your mind on what you want then call Tyler. He's a straight shooter, you'll get a good deal and you'll have a good experience. More
