good service. One thing that did not go smoothly was that I made an appointment on line, and a message came up that it was not a verified appointment until I heard from Ackerman to confirm. She answered the phone when I called, knew enough about the service schedule to be able to let me know right away how great care of my service issue! I'm sure the work they do at Ackerman Toyota is OK, BUT.... When I had my tundra in for the Takata air bag recall, I had some cash ($20 - all 1 dollar bills) stolen out of my truck while it was there. BUT.... When I had my tundra in for the Takata air bag recall, I had some cash ($20 - all 1 dollar bills) stolen out of my truck while it was there. The cash was not in plain view, you had to look for it to find it. So I called the dealership and asked for the service manager. I left a message on voicemail stating what happened and that I didn't expect a return phone call, I just wanted them to be aware they have a THIEF working with them. I got a return phone call from MARK BEADLES, the service manager. Instead of apologizing for the theft, he turned the whole thing back at me, asking if I was sure the money was there when I dropped off the truck. He was very rude and stuck up for the THIEF employee saying "why would somebody making good money risk his job for $20"? Because some people cant resist the temptation of easy money. I did not expect anything from him, but the way he handled the whole thing was very unprofessional. Basically he was an absolute xxxxxx. With plenty of Toyota dealerships around, I would avoid ACKERMAN at all costs. You will be glad you did. More
