Fantastic Experience. Darwin Bridges was a great salesman. He DID NOT high pressure me at all, and work very hard to meet my want and needs. After the paperwork was signed, Dave continued being respectful by showing me how all the gadgets worked in the car, ie, windshield wipers, cd player, lights, etc. I drove away a very happy customer. Meghan was friendly and courteous. When I stopped in, I just wanted to sit in a few vehicles and get the feel. I had never owned a Toyota. I informed her that I didn't want to feel pressured and she cert just wanted to sit in a few vehicles and get the feel. I had never owned a Toyota. She accepted a cell phone call from me on her day off. She went above and beyond to be of service and in answering my questions, etc. She clearly explained all the features on the Corrola. Rebeccah Boulware was very straightforward and friendly from our first contact. She showed us the invoice price and offered the car for that price with no hassling. The trade-in appraiser was willing to work with us on our trade-in. After receiving a fair trade-in allowance (twice the amount offered from another area Toyota dealer), a deal was quickly formalized. The actual drive-away process on the day of sale took less than 1 hour, which included financing, signing of all paperwork, and the detailed inspection/explanation of our new car and its options, along with its warranties. Overall, the entire experience was low-key, no-pressure, and satisfying. We felt we got an exceptional car for a fair price in a relaxed business transaction. More
I am very happy with my new car and the service I received overall, but I was disappointed that I did not receive a refund for the rental car and fee to tell me what was wrong with my car the previou received overall, but I was disappointed that I did not receive a refund for the rental car and fee to tell me what was wrong with my car the previous day before I bought my new car. Also, it took a week for Ray to get back with me and he would not have gotten back with me if I had not called and reminded him initially. I would like my money back, because fter all Toyota got a whole new car from me. More
I bought my first Toyota (a Camry XLE) in 2004 from Ackerman Toyota and found it to be an excellent car. I never had any service issues. The customer waiting area is always kept very clean, and stocked with fresh coffee,donuts and magazines. The service managers greet you immediately upon arrival, have always been friendly, cheerful and very helpful. I've even had occasion to speak to service technicians who also display the same friendly, helpful attitude and are very knowledgable. Recently I had been thinking about trading in for a new Camry. I received an offer in the mail (just prior to the St. Louis Auto Show weekend) that sounded too good to be true--triple rebates, 0% financing, high trade in value. I decided to go in and see what kind of offer I could get. Four hours later, I drove home in my new 2011 Camry XLE! Tom Finder, the Sales Consultant who greeted me as I stepped out of my car, made the whole process a very pleasant and stress-free experience. I never felt pressured, and if Tom was in doubt, or didn't know the answer to any of my questions immediately, he checked and got the correct answer for me (although he does know his stuff and I didn't stump him on much!). I felt he gave me a very fair deal, explained everything very clearly and took extra steps to make sure both my husband and I understood everything and that he had disclosed every possible detail. I would definitely recommend Tom and the dealership to anyone. More

After reading some of the reviews on here I am amazed, I have dealt with both the sales staff and the service department, and both I find not only honest but knowledgable. I purchased a 2011 Camry SE, an have dealt with both the sales staff and the service department, and both I find not only honest but knowledgable. I purchased a 2011 Camry SE, and what I appreciated about this dealership is that they went out of their way to find the exact Camry with options that suited me, especially appreciative because 4 other dealerships in the area would NOT help me. Instead of worrying about what is in the inventory and just trying to sell that, the sales team at Jerry Ackerman goes the extra mile to listen to what the customer actually wants and help them in any way that they can. I have been back to the dealership numerous times for both test drives and service on my 2011 Camry (I put quite a few miles on my car) and you would be amazed at the number of excited faces to walk through the floors, every customer seems to have found their own salesperson to click with and walk out with a new Toyota. Aside from the dealership I would say that Rebeccah is the best employee that Ackerman has to offer, not only did she help me find the exact car to fit my needs, but also took my 3 phone calls a week to go over the progress of my vehicle, where it was being built, what the status was, etc. She even called me the minute it came off the truck! They picked me up so that I wouldn't have to worry about getting two cars home. To leave on another positive note, this type of dealership isn't the type that after you purchase the vehicle they could care less about you, no no no... I still converse with my dealer at least once a week on current events, how the Camry is coming along, and if they have any special offers on other new models that I MIGHT be interested in. Overall if there was a rating system of 100, Ackerman would be 101/100 in my book. More

We looked at the truck i had called about and after looking at some numbers it made clear since to buy a new toyota truck. i looked at several and could not make up my mind the staff was very patient with me and customer service was wonderful. I was not pushed into anything and she knew a great deal about the products she was selling and after much debate she found a truck that suited me perfectly. Overall it was a wonderful expirence and would recomend to anyone that they go there. More
