No Problems; Friendly, Courteous People I took my car in for a recall and an oil change. I usually take my car elsewhere for less expensive oil changes, but didn't want to go a second place I took my car in for a recall and an oil change. I called ahead as the recall letter suggested to make sure they would have the needed parts. It was scheduled for a week later, so good thing I didn't just drop in. With the oil change they do a free inspection. They found three additional things to recommend - two that seemed reasonable to me and one that was recommended for 50,000 miles (which I declined since I was at 41,000, but no pressure to do it). They estimated my service would take two hours, but asked if I needed the car back by a certain time. Turned out they were giving priority to folks waiting in store, if it wouldn't inconvenience me, so as to limit the in store customers' exposure in this time of COVID. That was thoughtful of them. I was going home to wait and my car was ready when estimated, even with the extra stuff, so I was pleased. More

Appointment for recall on fuel system I was met at the service center immediately and told service for replacement would take 2 to 4 hours.
