"Great experience at Acme Nissan"

Drove out last night in a new leased 2018 Rogue. Edon, our salesman, was instrumental in helping us to seal the deal. He is professional, accommodating , knowledgeable, respectful and just a really nice personable young man. Finance department,Jack, also very friendly and takes the time to explain. No hidden fees, no last minute surprises. Acme Nissan earned my trust and made this leasing experience (never leased before) really pleasant and easy. Edon patiently explained to us all the gadgets of the new car and we drove out last night really happy and excited. The final touch was the manager coming out to make sure all went well and to wish us good luck. Professional and customer oriented all the way through. We are very pleased. Edon, special thanks to you!

I have been a customer for 30 years! I appreciate the excellent customer service in both sales and service departments. The staff is always friendly and very helpful! I have always driven Nissan cars (Senta and Altima)! I have just leased a 2017 Altima SV and I love it! Juan Peterson was my salesman and he was super! "Smoke and mirrors"

AVOID this dealer at all costs. Beware they are very deceitful and misleading. The internet/phone representative's job is to get you in the door and will use every smoke and mirror trick to do it. I was emailed a price quote. I traveled 45 minutes to get to this dealer and got the old "bait and switch". The real price was $1700 more. The fine print "Certain rebates may require customer qualification." Well the price I was quoted included a rebate only if you graduated college in the past 2 years. I had about 6 previous phone conversations with Jaime Rodriguez and multiple emails, and never once did he ask me if I even went to college. In addition, the quote didn't include the destination charge which is part of the sticker price. The salesman shows me the actual cost with this upside down equation in which the price I am paying is at the top and the extra charges are subtracted and the internet quote was at the bottom. Again smoke and mirrors: 37000 (what I was going to pay) -990 destination fee -770 college rebate ______ 35, 240 (what I was quoted) I was very angry and tore up my deposit check and asked to speak to manager. The manager never came. As I was leaving another employee said "good riddance". I asked for his name but he wouldn't give it to me. It was such a terrible experience that I am hesitant to ever buy any Nissan.

"Horrible Condescending, Racist towards people with accent. "

I am a doctor. Recently, I went to this dealership to purchase a brand new Nissan, Paid everything in cash. I am a Chinese Immigrant with a heavy accent. The salesperson and manager talk down to me as though I was a stupid idiot just because I have an accent. They tried to pressure push sell the extended dealership warranty. When I questioned what is covered under the warranty, they became impatient and talk down to you even more. The worst one is Jack Jaskowski. I will always remember his face and demeanor. Don't go there if you are an immigrant (Asian, Chinese, Indian etc.) They are absolutely horrible, condescending crap (excuse my language).

"Car buying made easy!"

So it's that time again to turn in you old leased vehicle and do "the dance" of haggling for another. To alleviate this headache, I considered returning back to Honda in N. Plainfield to lease a vehicle through the Costco Auto Program. After previously doing this and having a great experience I assumed this would be the best route to take. This was not the case! After being quoted a high monthly payment and receiving no Costco documentation with the numbers on it, It dawned on me that upon speaking to a manger that the sales person had lied to me about everything. After he took my Costco card and quoted me "Costco pricing" the truth came out that this dealership no longer participates in the program any more. That helped me make my next decision which was to switch to Acme Nissan where I would meet Andy, Rob, Lou and Jack. These three guys made my next car purchasing experience such a pleasure. My sales representatives Andy and Rob from beginning to end were honest, professional and just plain nice. They were helpful in explaining the vehicle as well as the services and the process. They closely matched the Costco pricing I had received from another dealership even though they are not in the program but to their advantage they offer a great maintenance package when you buy a vehicle there. It was truly a great experience and one you should definitely consider when looking for your next vehicle. I've never owned a Nissan but love my 2016 Rogue and the new Nissan family I belong too. Check them out, you will not be disappointed.

"A car buyer's DREAM!!!!"

I was in a situation where it was time to get out of an old vehicle and get into something new that allowed me to feel like I was upgrading, safer than I was in my previous car, and not paying an arm and a leg to do so. So I did what everyone else would do in this situation. I did some shopping. After a week of going back and forth, I thought I was going to get a great deal from Windsor Nissan. Without going into great detail, Windsor Nissan let me down, lied to me and made me feel as though I was not worthy enough or valued enough as a customer. What was I to do?? THAT’S RIGHT, I WENT TO ACME NISSAN!!! :) From the very second I pulled up to ACME NISSAN, I felt GREAT! The air was clear, positive and friendly! I was greeted outside with a smile and was welcomed as though I was going into a friend’s home. This feeling carried all the way through from my salesman Darren Lazare, the general manager Lou Narcisi to the receptionist and other ACME NISSAN employees that passed by me. I couldn’t believe how incredibly nice everyone was. It was easy to see that these people truly loved their jobs, and what a breath of fresh air to see the manager so friendly and involved! The dealership was incredibly clean and provided a comfortable environment for extended waiting periods of time. They offered free refreshments and snacks. The bathroom was clean. I was incredibly impressed with ACME NISSAN’S inventory – they had EXACTLY what I wanted, in the colors and options that I wanted which was amazing because shopping at other dealerships I felt like I would’ve had to settle for a color car I really didn't want. There was absolutely NO settling at ACME NISSAN. The best part is there was no reason to spend an entire day or more here. I got treated like I was family, I was given the best price up front, I didn’t have to haggle or negotiate. Bill Susan, the finance director was also amazing, when it came time to sign the paperwork he gave me options so that I could make the very best decision for me and my family and there was NEVER any pressure to purchase anything extra. I walked in the door at 9:30 and drove home with my brand new Nissan Altima SV in beautiful Pearl White by 12:30. Darren has been amazing and has followed up to make sure that I’m happy in my new vehicle, he even called to wish me a Happy Birthday! My old car loan was paid off within 4 days - they are so quick and gave me even more of a reason to trust and feel confident buying from them! I am absolutely LOVING my new Altima!! I feel incredibly safe driving it, I LOVE all of it’s great features and I thank Darren, Lou, Bill and the rest of the gang at ACME NISSAN for making my experience unforgettable! My family and I cannot wait to purchase from you again!!! Thank you for making buying a car so much fun!!!
