Serious, up-front discussion about the price, ONCE; no bargaining; all fees disclosed initially; no game-playing or multiple conferences between the salesperson & sales manager; no pressure; no deadlines; no arm-twisting to select add-ons; a courteous, knowledgeable, low-key salesman (Bob Rabb); & a new car driven away three days after first contact with the dealership. Finally, my dream of purchasing a car in this manner has been realized. Of particular note: as an "older" woman & widow, at last I was not treated as a brainless, inferior individual - fair game with whom to take full advantage. Acton Toyota made a four-year dream come true! I can't believe I'm actually saying that buying a car was a pleasant experience, but Acton Toyota truly made it so. My husband used the Consumer Reports Build & Buy program on-line (what a wonderful resource!) and found Acton Toyota to be one of the lowest priced dealerships. When we actually made our visit to the beautiful showroom, we were met at every turn with wonderful people as well. Shawn gave us over to Tom, who was an amazing salesperson -- high energy, low pressure, and as accommodating of our questions and needs as he possibly could be! We were able to work out an incredible deal on a showroom car, and got a fantastic trade-in for my old ride, too. Add to that the immaculate and efficiently run service area, fun kids' play area (soundproof?), great cafe, fitness center (!), and Bob Moran's charitable efforts in the community, and Acton Toyota has thought of everything -- and delivers it all! Great Experience. I wanted a Rav 4 with all the "bells & whistles". Although the Rav4 was in short supply, Scott made sure I was on the list for the very next available and stayed with it all the "bells & whistles". I visited the Acton Toyota website after a friend recommended them based on good experiences his family has had with the dealership. Shawn was very quick to get back to me and provide me with all the recommended them based on good experiences his family has had with the dealership. I had also visited another Toyota dealership because it was close to where i live (Boston) and the difference in how they treated a potential customer was glaring. I felt like the other dealership was just trying to sell me a car, any car-whereas Shawn and Acton Toyota were trying to make me happy by selling me the car I wanted. I would highly recommend both Shawn, Scott and Acton Toyota. More
