These guys use internet sales. I would not have bought a car by now if not for the inernet sales team at Toyota Acton in Littleton. Some of the dealerships that "provide a internet presence" were positi a car by now if not for the inernet sales team at Toyota Acton in Littleton. Some of the dealerships that "provide a internet presence" were positively sleezy or at least did not really provide the service: e.g., one certain group of dealerships uniformly refused to quote a hard price and to be specific as to what is included; so I refused to work with them. I am busy... I did much of my analysis from Europe and Asia while on the web. Scott was extremely helpful here. I had/have had a few issues and not all of them resolved. However Acton Toyota is simply the highest integrity and cooperative group of folks which I have worked with while looking for this car. I will come back to them for exactly this reason both for service and future purposes; even if it costs a little more, they will get first cut at my business. More
Ken (the salesperson) was polite, informed, and readily provided information. In addition to being responsive to my questions, Ken volunteered information about the actual vehicle cost. Then he priced the provided information. In addition to being responsive to my questions, Ken volunteered information about the actual vehicle cost. Then he priced the car for me with my trade-in, dealer incentives, and a discount coupon that I had printed from an Internet site. He didn't have to go through a finance officer and dicker about price. During our initial meeting, where I made my purchase decision, Ken showed me around the dealership and introduced me to several key employees. Nice touch. P.S.: I could have gone to a dealer only half as far from my home but didn't. Acton Toyota is worth the extra miles. More
I had never bought from a dealer before, always private parties, although I had talked to a number of them over the years and in the days prior to going into Acton Toyota. I walked in, not realizing that t parties, although I had talked to a number of them over the years and in the days prior to going into Acton Toyota. I walked in, not realizing that the “desk” at the door was a receptionist and said to two fellows standing behind it, “Is anybody selling cars today?” One of the gentlemen stepped forward and introduced himself as Wellington. I asked him to tell me why I should not buy a ___. And he said that he could not comment on that brand but could tell me about Toyotas. That was a reasonable answer. After a glance at the 2012 Corolla, I asked about leased or rented cars with low miles. He said let me check and returned in a minute with five pages of possibilities. We looked only at Corollas. There was a 2011 with approx. 6K miles. He checked and it was gone. The next lowest was a 2010 with approx 8K. We looked at the Carfax on his computer. I asked to see and drive it. While on the test drive, by myself, I was decided to buy it—but wanted an overnight to sleep on it. Not a problem, he said. He put a hold on it. We agreed on a price. He sent out an appraiser to assess the value of my car and then made a reasonable offer. We noticed scratches on the “new” car’s bumper. I decided to forego getting that repainted. And I said I would contact him the next day to let him know if I would proceed. I did, the car was delivered to New Hampshire, and the bumper was repainted! This was an extremely satisfying experience. Wellington is exceptional: informed, forthcoming, helpful. More
Excellent car buying experience! Just bought a 2011 Tacoma from Gregg McHugh at Acton Toyota, and had a wonderful experience. Excellent price offered via e-mail, found the truck I wanted, added the op Tacoma from Gregg McHugh at Acton Toyota, and had a wonderful experience. Excellent price offered via e-mail, found the truck I wanted, added the options I wanted, and delivered on time. Very friendly and honest sales person that will work to get you exactly what you want. Comfortable setting, they even offer you food from a cafeteria. No pressure sales atmosphere, they just offer a great Toyota product at a great price. What more can you ask for. My next car will be bought from Acton Toyota (and hopefully Gregg McHugh too) as well. More

I did alot of research before acually visiting a dealership. I recieved many phone calls and emails as a resuult. When I spoke with John I liked his no pressure approach. When I specified what I was dealership. I recieved many phone calls and emails as a resuult. When I spoke with John I liked his no pressure approach. When I specified what I was looking for John did a search of inventory and told me he had the Rav4 I was looking for in stock. When I arrived at the dealership John was very friendly and again no pressure. I test drove the Rav I was looking for but then spotted two other models I liked. I test drove both of them and liked them better then the first one I drove. Unfortunatly both vehicles were on reserve. I was undecided between the sport and the limited. John spent over two hours helping me to decide. He added/dleted options, talked with the sales manager to get me the best deal on each, and calculated my approximate monthly payment on each. This was very helpful. Once I decided on the Rav4 I wanted John did a search to find a dealer that had one, was able to get it delivered in two days, and give me a good deal. I would reccomend Acton Toyota and you should ask for John Bohr! More
Scott Doherty was very knowledgeable concerning the various items that came on the Toyota Sienna that we were contemplating. He was good at using the computer and at responding via phone to answer our various items that came on the Toyota Sienna that we were contemplating. He was good at using the computer and at responding via phone to answer our questions in a timely manner. He knew about the technical aspects of the GPS, too, as we were interested in having certain features on it. Scott even mailed our CDs back to us, as we had forgotten to take them out of the CD player when we turned in our old minivan. Above and beyond the call of duty! More

$200 for an O2 sensor? Two hours of labor???? Total $200 for an O2 sensor? Two hours of labor???? Total was $401, but I got 6000 reward points which reduced the total to ~370. I was warned before I $200 for an O2 sensor? Two hours of labor???? Total was $401, but I got 6000 reward points which reduced the total to ~370. I was warned before I went and I should have listened. Original Toyota parts are aprroximately 100% markup. It is the labor I am questioning here. There is no way in the world this took two hours to unscrew the O2 sensor, test, then replace. I'm disappointed. More
