I came into Acton Toyota to purchase a New Camry and was helped by Gregg McHugh. So I told bill what I was looking for and what my price range was and right off the bat he brought my to the Toyota tundra which I ended up purchasing. Tomas was very friendly and helpful. We bought two vehicles at the same time. He was very articulate with making sure we got the options we wanted. This was the first time I dealt with Acton Toyota of Littleton and I will definitely go back to them the next time I'm looking to buy a new car. No hassles, no pressure. I go in, tell Gregg what I'm in Littleton and I will definitely go back to them the next time I'm looking to buy a new car. No hassles, no pressure. I go in, tell Gregg what I'm interested in and that I'm looking to take a test drive. Unlike salesman at other dealerships I had visited, he actually listened to what I had to say and immediately lined up a vehicle for me to test drive. When I returned from the test drive, he went over what the dealership had in stock that met my requirements and discussed that they would be getting more vehicles in later in the week so if they didn't have what I wanted that day, he would call me back when they did. There was no pressure at all to buy. There was no wasting of my time trying to get me to look at and buy something I didn't want or couldn't afford. Gregg was a pleasure to deal with. After it was all said and done, I purchased the vehicle I wanted at the price point I wanted. For me that day, Gregg was the face of Acton Toyota and it was a pleasure doing business with Acton Toyota.
