Andrew Snyder and the Business Manager Ben Koller were very courteous and congenial. That is why I am giving high scores for Customer Service and Friendliness. However, for the pricing it is slightly very courteous and congenial. That is why I am giving high scores for Customer Service and Friendliness. However, for the pricing it is slightly lower due to the following reasons: The e-mail price quoted was lower than others considering Acton Toyota's lower Documentation Fee (We received another quote $300 lower than Acton Toyota's but that dealership had a documentation fee that was $535 higher). However, Acton Toyota was quite stingly with the trade-in. We feel they did not give us what we deserved. We made the mistake of not taking the trade-in car with us when we purchased our new Camry. Though they were gracious to accept it a day later but the price they gave us was next to nothing. Had we bargained on the trade at the time of purchase, we feel we would have gotten some more - at least in the range of Blue Book trade-in value. More
We went here for the first time with my wives sludging Sienna. The only negative was that they tried to sell us a 3500 exhaust. Must be made of gold. The paid for the rental and rebuilt the Sienna. Highly professional, competent, complete and courteous. Provided the facts and no sales pressure applied. Hope the service branch is at same level. Will purchase my next Toyota there. After visiting with a local Worcester Toyota dealer, with whom my experience was very disturbing. After comparing pricing I went to Acton Toyota to purchase my 2007 Toyota Camry XLE. The response I got from whom my experience was very disturbing. After comparing pricing I went to Acton Toyota to purchase my 2007 Toyota Camry XLE. The response I got from Bob Rabb and Matt Lameroux was outstanding. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends looking to purchase a vechicle. The staff was knowledgeable, curtious, and proffessional. More
We bought a new Sequoia through Acton Toyota's Internet Sales Department. We could not be more pleased with the sales process and the friendliness of Peter and other members of the sales staff. There wer Sales Department. We could not be more pleased with the sales process and the friendliness of Peter and other members of the sales staff. There were no hassles, no hard sell, and the price that we were given from the start did not change during the process. It was a refreshing change from the more typical haggling that occurs when purchasing an automobile. Phil Cormier More
The best car buying experience I've ever had. The internet price was fair and there were no surprises. I was willing to go a distance; Acton Toyota is not the closest dealer to my home. I even took internet price was fair and there were no surprises. I was willing to go a distance; Acton Toyota is not the closest dealer to my home. I even took my new car home on the day I test drove it. I would recommend Acton Toyota as a place to purchace a new vehicle. More
We recently purchased a new car at Acton Toyota through the Internet Sales Team. We have no connection other than as customers. All of the Acton Toyota Internet Sales Team members were courteous and profe the Internet Sales Team. We have no connection other than as customers. All of the Acton Toyota Internet Sales Team members were courteous and professional. It saved time and hassel to begin the car buying process through email communication. We especially enjoyed working with Bob Rabb, and later, with Dave Rodger in sales and Ben in financing. The straight forward approach to pricing was a huge plus! It is great not to have to play games when making a major purchase! The bottom line price was extremelycompetitive. There was some initial confusion regarding a few minordetails, but the team worked hard until we were completely satisfied. We are very happy with the new Toyota. We highly recommend the Acton Toyota Internet Sales Team. More
I was drawn to this dealership by their rating on this site and by their own website, which was impressive. From the moment I made contact via email to the moment I drove my new Tacoma off the lot, I had site and by their own website, which was impressive. From the moment I made contact via email to the moment I drove my new Tacoma off the lot, I had been impressed with this dealership, especially Mr. Rakauskas. I have bought Vehicles in the past and as a single woman, was always treated as if I would be an easy pushover and was handed a lot of BS to get me to pay too much. I never go that feeling with Peter and was pleasantly surprised to have him be totally honest and upfront with what the dealership can and cannot do. Thank God for the internet because after doing the research I found that I was not only given a great deal on a 2007 Tacoma 4x4 Access cab (SR5 package) but also got a very fair price for my high mileage 1998 Tacoma. This was, without a doubt, the smoothest, non-hassled transaction I have ever been involved with. I can safely say that will go no where else for another vehicle. Even though I live in Beverly it was well worth the drive. More
I purchased a brand new Toyota Highlander. Within 200 miles I took it back to the dealer because of the horrible smell inside the car and the car had a very bad hesitation problem. The person at the des miles I took it back to the dealer because of the horrible smell inside the car and the car had a very bad hesitation problem. The person at the desk told me the smell would go away within 2000 or 3000 THOUSAND miles. I later looked on the government web site and found a Technical Service Bulletin for this very problem. The dealer didn't even bother to look it up. As for the hestiation problem the response was "Its a software problem, we can't fix it". I have since been back to the dealer and they continue to try and convince me this is how all Highlanders operate. This issue is all over the web and some dealers have attempted to help their clients out. Acton Toyota has taken the attitude of show us its happening or we will not do anything about it. The car hestitates when you leave a standing stop and when you try and pass people in traffic. More
