I work both in MA and FL and travel between the jobs almost every week. My time with my family is very important and I don't like to take any time away from that. I contacted Acton Toyota via the web as one of my primary factors other than cost and availability was going to be a friendly helpful staff that would work with me on my schedule and limit my actual time at the dealer. The complete sales cycle was excellent, and it took very little time once I arrived to sign the final paperwork, get my registration taken care of and I was on my way. Whatever my demands, they never said no, just "how can we make this work" and they did it. Thanks Acton Toyota. You'll be seeing me again. More

Peter and the team were excellent to work with. We tried to work with other Toyota dealerships closer to our home; however, we were not comfortable with the Sales team until finding Acton. Although, this was simply an "accident", it is the reason for a 4 instead of a 5 for "overall experience". I must say that Peter and his team made up for the accident by their honesty, integrity and quick solutions. We would highly recommend Acton Toyota to friends and family. I put out an internet search for a dealer price on a Prius and Ben from Acton Toyota was the first to respond. He was very prompt and polite in answering all my questions. I wanted to order the Prius in September for arrival in January to be eligible for the new tax credit. I drove my new car home January 5. Several times in the months before Ben called me to offer available Prius' each time prefacing the call with the acknowledgement that he knew I wanted the car after the first of the year but was expected to make the offer anyway. He always knew if the car had a different option package or color than I had requested and never put any pressure on me to select an alternative. My only complaint, and this may not be unique to Acton Toyota, was that no one seemed to know exactly how the tax credits would be allocated and what documentation would be accepted as to date purchased. But I could not find this information on the Toyota website either so maybe the information was not readily available from the IRS. More
