When I need to buy another car, it will be a Toyota and I will buy it from Acton Toyota. The sales staff have also been helpful, treat me with respect, answer each and every question, schedule appointments promptly, even the same day if needed. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I've never had to take my car back for a problem that wasn't fixed properly the first time. Once my car wouldn't start and I was in a mall parking lot on a Friday night and a sales person who was supposed to be leaving drove over in his own car and was able to fix my car, at no charge to me. To me that it unheard of and goes well beyond what is expected. I highly recommend Acton Toyota for both buying a car and having your car serviced. More

Other places got the car completely wrong, asked me to call them, or gave me a higher quote, then gave me a lower quote. Everyone I dealt with at Acton was very professional, friendly and courteous. Ben sent me an e-mail several months after the purchase of the car to see how I liked the car. I cannot say that about the Norm Peters Honda sales guy. Haven't heard a peep from him since we purchased our Accord. The service team is great too. I had to replace a side mirror and they gave me a discount on both parts and labor! More

I went in there to just look at the new Highlander and ended up coming out of there with a new 4 Runner. Pat was great from the beginning and had no problem spending time with us to help us decide. She always gave us good information and never skewed with the numbers. When it came down the working out the details of the deal I feel I was treated very fairly. There was some back and forth, especially because it was a lease deal (make sure you know what you're doing when you lease), but in the end I left feeling very good about our deal. Acton Toyota has gone out of their way to make sure we continue to be happy with our purchase. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new or used Toyota. More

As a first time car buyer I found this dealership extremely friendly and non-conforming to the stereotypical "car salesman." Answered all of my questions, was patient with me, and did everything possible to make me a happy customer. I would absolutely recommend this dealership. I rated the pricing as a 4 only because Scion is a no haggle MSRP, which I think was a slight downfall. More

Back in April, 2006, I did an internet search for a new Toyota Prius and received a prompt e-mail reply from Mr. Hsu at Acton Toyota. I drove out to the dealership and talked with Ken face to face and lef Toyota Prius and received a prompt e-mail reply from Mr. Hsu at Acton Toyota. I drove out to the dealership and talked with Ken face to face and left favorably impressed. I then did some research on Acton Toyota and found them to be very highly rated on all the dealership rating sites. So I ordered the Prius from Ken. He had told me to expect a 2 to 3 month wait for my quite specific model and options. I received the car in 11 weeks. During the entire waiting period, I must confess I bombarded Ken with e-mails and phone calls for status updates and questions. He ALWAYS responded to my calls and e-mails, never lied to me, didn't play pricing games or try to force me to buy before I was ready or buy something off the lot, so overall, I must say it was one of the more pleasant car buying experiences I have had. As for service, so far my experience has been limited to the installation of options I ordered with the car or walked in with off the street. I have had no problems so far. The service area is clean, well organized, the people friendly and helpful and it appears they are (properly) willing to devote much more floor space to service than sales. So overall, I would highly recommend both Acton Toyota and Mr. Hsu. I feel I will be doing a lot of business with them in the future. Dave H. More
