I put out an internet search for a dealer price on a Prius and Ben from Acton Toyota was the first to respond. He was very prompt and polite in answering all my questions. Several times in the months before Ben called me to offer available Prius' each time prefacing the call with the acknowledgement that he knew I wanted the car after the first of the year but was expected to make the offer anyway. He always knew if the car had a different option package or color than I had requested and never put any pressure on me to select an alternative. My only complaint, and this may not be unique to Acton Toyota, was that no one seemed to know exactly how the tax credits would be allocated and what documentation would be accepted as to date purchased. But I could not find this information on the Toyota website either so maybe the information was not readily available from the IRS. More

You definitely have to let go of the stereotype of car salesmen when you visit the internet sales department. We assumed there was a catch somewhere, but there wasn't. There are no hidden fees or other ways they jack up the price. The service is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I've never had to take my car back for a problem that wasn't fixed properly the first time. Once my car wouldn't start and I was in a mall parking lot on a Friday night and a sales person who was supposed to be leaving drove over in his own car and was able to fix my car, at no charge to me. To me that it unheard of and goes well beyond what is expected. I highly recommend Acton Toyota for both buying a car and having your car serviced. More

Other places got the car completely wrong, asked me to call them, or gave me a higher quote, then gave me a lower quote. Everyone I dealt with at Acton was very professional, friendly and courteous. Ben sent me an e-mail several months after the purchase of the car to see how I liked the car. I cannot say that about the Norm Peters Honda sales guy. Haven't heard a peep from him since we purchased our Accord. The service team is great too. I had to replace a side mirror and they gave me a discount on both parts and labor! More
